What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Senior Engagement Lead - Technology to join our team. You are someone with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, in-depth knowledge of datasets like LAAD, DDD, XPO, and enjoy working with complex data sets to help clients solve real-world problems. You will play a key role in driving business performance, navigating risks, and developing pragmatic strategies through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
1)Lead data management projects across data engineering and BI technologies.
2) Ensure timely project delivery by creating and managing project plans.
3) Integrate multiple data sources into visualizations to tell compelling stories.
4) Collaborate with Data Platform leaders to align data flows with analytics tools like Tableau.
5) Engage with clients to understand business challenges and deliver analytics solutions.
6) Design high-quality visualizations with UX/UI teams using product capabilities.
7) Ensure seamless integration of analytics with data governance, quality, and security frameworks.
8) Work with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Must-Have:
1) 8-10 years of experience in pharma technology consulting, with at least 6 years in the U.S.
2) Experience in client interactions, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
3) Expertise in designing enterprise data warehouse solutions.
4) Proficiency with ETL tools like Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, and Informatica.
5) Familiarity with data pipeline tools such as Azkaban, Luigi, or Airflow.
6) Knowledge of data storage solutions like SQL/NoSQL, Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, Apache Hive, and HDFS.
7) Experience with BI tools and dashboard implementations using Tableau and Power BI.
8) Understanding of data governance and quality management frameworks.
9) Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
10)Ability to quickly learn business processes to create effective technical solutions.
