Reports To: Marketing Director
Position: Full-Time (Remote with approximately 20 days of travel per year, including some weekends)
Procell Therapies is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Director in executing and optimizing marketing initiatives. This role involves assisting with marketing program support, virtual workshops, digital advertising, app and website maintenance, and content creation.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in digital marketing (preferably in a Marketing Agency setting), ad management, and content strategy. Training will be provided in key areas, but a strong foundation in marketing is essential. This role entails a flexible schedule and “self-starter” mentality.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Support Programs- Maintain communication with participants in the Procell Marketing Support Programs (SEO Features, Direct Marketing Support, Fast Track to Success) via phone calls, text messages, and web meetings.
- Guide clients through Procell’s marketing resources, providing individualized strategy and support.
- Use Monday.com as the central hub for client updates, resource sharing, and communication tracking.
- Work alongside our team to be cross-trained in lead management, content creation, email marketing, paid advertising, and client CRM support.
- Provide ongoing coaching calls, workshops, customer service check-ins, and marketing support.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating logistics for virtual workshops, including:
- Working with reps interested in hosting workshops.
- Communicating program expectations and steps.
- Coordinating presentation templates and topics.
- Scheduling review sessions with the Marketing Director and Sales Support.
- Scheduling live workshops per schedule requirements.
- Provide feedback to speakers as you become more knowledgeable.
- Manage administrative tasks such as participant registration, live workshop administration, and post-event follow-ups.
- Create follow-up email templates and text scripts for reps.
- Track and report workshop conversion data to the Marketing Director.
- Regularly update Procell’s app and website with:
- Monthly social media content.
- Email campaigns.
- Product photos.
- Event and trade show graphics.
- Promotional materials.
- Ensure links are functioning properly and the app remains fast and up-to-date.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize digital ad campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Oversee both:
- B2B ads targeting Procell practitioners.
- B2C ads supporting practitioners’ consumer marketing efforts.
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of:
- Email campaigns.
- Event flyers and print ads.
- Digital marketing materials.
- Rep-specific content.
- Coordinate with the Content Coordinator on posting schedules and collaborations.
- Manage YouTube content (videos, lives, shorts) and Microchanneling Academy Instagram, including:
- Lead management.
- Direct message interactions.
- Content posting and scheduling.
- Comment engagement.
- Work closely with the Marketing Director to track existing marketing campaigns.
- Analyze data to identify industry trends and growth opportunities.
- Utilize market research to develop reports and optimize future marketing efforts.
- Travel Requirements: Approximately 20 days per year, including some weekends, for trade shows, events, marketing support, and content creation.
- Attend leadership summits as needed.

Qualifications & Experience- Marketing Experience: Prior experience in a marketing role, preferably in a digital marketing agency setting.
- Digital Advertising Expertise: Knowledge of strategy, campaign execution, and ad performance tracking.
- Content Creation Skills: Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and email marketing.
- Software Requirements: Experience with Canva, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, or other photo/video editing software.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM tools, and website management is a plus.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to track and measure marketing performance.
- Degree Preferred but Not Required.
- Bilingual Preferred but not Required.
