Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement retail marketing strategies to boost brand presence and drive sales.
- Lead shopper marketing initiatives, including in-store promotions, digital campaigns, and experiential marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and creative to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Lead FMOT design work (POP, Display, brilliant retail material), in partnership with the design and sales organization.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage relationships with retail partners, media agencies, and other external stakeholders.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing materials for instore and online (retail media executions), ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns both from an instore and online perspective, using data to optimize future initiatives.
- Manage budget allocation for retail marketing activities.
- Play a critical role in the commercialization and customer engagement efforts for the Duracell business.
- Lead omnichannel capability development inclusive of deep shopper learning, E-content development, E-comm/PDP guidance, omnichannel navigation, customer media evaluation and execution. Strategic focus on winning with Amazon. Pilot and assess delivery apps, including Instacart.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10 years of experience in retail marketing, with a focus on media and in store shopper marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful retail marketing campaigns (Instore and online).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
