Responsibilities
- Support the overall organizational processes/controls/compliance
- Procure to Pay: Work with Sales Teams to create and manage customer PO's to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Trade Fund Management: Validate promotions have proper setup and documentation for accurate reporting/forecasting and to ensure audit compliance.
- Month end close: Assist with review of accruals for accurate financial reporting.
- Provide ongoing support to the Sales team.
- Drive simplification and process improvement through key financial and business systems such as BI, SAP, and Trade Fund Management.
- Ad hoc project support.
- 2 years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning, profit forecasting, or management accounting
- Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, with the ability to use advanced functions and formulas to analyze data, create financial models, and generate insightful reports.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles including US and Local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Working knowledge of SAP and Trade funds management systems is desirable.
- Self-motivated individual with exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
- Deadline oriented with the ability to work independently with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written & verbal communication skills.
- Power BI experience is a plus
- Manage processes well and effectively prioritize tasks to timely and accurately meet deadlines.
