The Modern Work Technology Enablement Manager is responsible for implementing and managing modern workplace technologies, developing and delivering end-user training, promoting technology awareness, and leading organizational change management initiatives. This role will collaborate closely with various business units, IT teams, HR and training teams, and senior leadership to ensure seamless technology adoption and enhanced productivity. This role will also work with the change management team to develop and implement strategies for smooth technology adoption, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the change process.

- Create user-friendly documentation and resources to support ongoing learning.
- Technology Awareness:
- Promote awareness of available technologies and their benefits across the organization.
- Organize workshops, webinars, and other events to showcase technology solutions.
- Organizational Change Management:
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and address any concerns related to technology changes.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to optimize or streamline current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance technology adoption and usage.
- Technical Proficiency:
- In-depth knowledge of modern workplace technologies such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and other collaboration tools.
- Experience with cloud services and solutions.
- Training and Development:
- Ability to design and deliver effective training programs tailored to various skill levels.
- Experience in creating engaging training materials, including videos, guides, and interactive content.
- Change Management:
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Ability to lead and manage change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
- Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze technology needs and usage patterns to recommend improvements.

Minimum Requirements:
