Duties:
Will support the financial reporting and audit compliance for a multiple location division. Provide assistance to the Finance team to drive financial & operational metrics across the division. The Analyst is also responsible for assisting in maintaining the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance.

Duties:
Will support the financial reporting and audit compliance for a multiple location division. Provide assistance to the Finance team to drive financial & operational metrics across the division. The Analyst is also responsible for assisting in maintaining the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and prepare Time and Materials chargebacks to customers
- Ensure compliance of contractors with PA Policy, including entry of contractor hours into the Time and Attendance system and tracking missing hours
- Performing important SOX doublechecks for bookings and invoices, along with assisting the controller in ensuring full compliance on all other topics as required
- Assist in implementing best practices to streamline/improve both financial reporting accuracy/timing as well as operational performance
- Ensure policies, procedures, and that the financial reporting standards are applied consistently
- Adherence to the internal control’s memorandum, a document outlining the operational controls in place
- Ensuring that financial reporting is in accordance with IFRS Principles
- Preparing audit documents on a quarterly basis, ensuring that all accounts are reconciled
- Develop and/or prepare specific financial analysis as assigned for the effective management of the division and interpretation of results
- Liaison with professional advisors on legal, audit and accounting matters as required
- Work with Controller to develop strategic plans for the division
- Work with Controller to identify corporate-wide cost savings/efficiency 0pportunities
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a matrix organization
- High School Degree of Equivalent
- One year of experience in financial analyst role preferred
- Prior experience with an ERP system preferred
- Strong analytical, financial, and accounting skills
- Ability to perform in a multi-disciplinary team in an intentional, focused, respectful, and highly engaged manner

- Refrain from removing or altering safety devices or guarding unless hazardous energies are controlled through lockout-tagout methods
- Report any unsafe conditions or unsafe acts
- Report defect in any equipment or protective device
- Ensure that the required protective equipment is used for the assigned tasks
- Attend all required health, safety and environmental training
- Report any accidents/incidents to supervisor
- Assist in investigating accidents/incidents
- Refrain from engaging in any prank, contest, feat of strength, unnecessary running, or rough and boisterous conduct
