What You’ll Do
As our Structural Steel Project Manager , you’ll own the entire process—from estimating jobs to managing teams in the field. You’ll be the go-to person for clients and make real-time decisions to keep projects on track. You’ll need to balance budgets, hit deadlines, and, most importantly, make sure everything is done safely and to the highest standard.

What We’re Looking For
- You’ve got 5 years in structural and miscellaneous steel, with hands-on experience in estimating and field operations.
- Reading construction drawings and knowing how to bring them to life is second nature to you.
- You’re no stranger to tools like Bluebeam, Tekla, or Procore (or you’re quick to learn).
- Safety? It’s not just a box to tick—it’s how you work.
- You’re great with people—whether it’s clients, architects, or your team—and you know how to get the best out of everyone.
