Process & Power is seeking a highly-motivated person with exceptional communication, administrative, and organizational skills to fill the Accounts Payable / Parts Coordinator position in its Memphis, TN office. This position requires an individual able to handle a high-volume workload with the ability to multi-task, be attentive to detail, be self-motivated, and maintain organization skills. Previous administrative experience in accounting / customer service / inventory fulfillment and invoicing is preferred.
Responsibilities
· Process and post outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
· Setting up vendor accounts and paying vendor invoices
· Receiving/ reconciling of all parts orders
· Invoicing of all parts orders
· Communicating with Customer Service Managers and vendors
· Perform day-to-day financial transactions
Qualifications
· Ability to multi-task
· Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
· Data entry proficiency
· High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and self-motivation
· Strong organization skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Customer service experience
