Position Overview:
CM Process Solutions is looking to attract an Inventory and Supply Chain Coordinator to support our increasing amount of business and ever-expanding team. Our new coordinator will be a detail-orientated, enthusiastic, self-motivated person who enjoys a team environment. The position will be located at our Winchester KY location.
This position will provide support and management for the ordering, delivery, and stocking of all equipment, spare parts and consumables.
The primary responsibilities will include maintaining accurate inventory control; verifying receipt and shipping with entry into the digital systems; verifying and accounting for warranty and damaged products; and tagging, documenting, and preparing shipments to customers.
Other duties include ensuring work environment is clean and safe; and adhering to all policies and procedures.
Compensation will be based on experience with an estimated range of $16 to $18 per hour initially.
Experience in a Commercial Industrial Environment, Inventory Management and control, Shipping, and other logistics processes and procedures is very desirable.

Position Name:
Inventory, Logistics, and Shipping Coordinator
Duties:
· Maintain and monitor accurate records for Equipment, Spare Parts, and Consumable Products.
· Obtain shipping quotes and associated documentation for timely and accurate dispatch of equipment, spare parts, and consumable products to customers
· Receive shipments from suppliers, ensuring accurate records and documentation and acting appropriately on any discrepancies.
· Assist in Warehouse management when necessary.
· Create improvement plans for the location and associated processes.
· Manage inventory goals and objectives.
Required Skills:
· Advanced computer skills including email, excel, word. SalesForce and QuickBooks experience a benefit.
· Inventory management and control experience.
· Shipping and logistics experience.
· Ability to drive a forklift
· Driver’s License / Reliable transportation.
· Ability to lift 35 lbs.

Location:
· Office location at Winchester KY.
· 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday.
· 8.30 am to 4.00 pm Friday.
Compensation:
· Dependent on Experience and Potential.
