Job Description
GENERAL DUTIES :
- Collaborate with business units to understand their technology needs and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Analyze business processes and systems to recommend enhancements that support business objectives and increase efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison between the IT department and business units, facilitating communication and project alignment.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system requirements, processes, and workflows.
- Provide support and training to business users on new and existing technologies and systems.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of IT projects, ensuring they meet the business needs and are delivered on time.
- Monitor and report on the performance of business systems, identifying issues and recommending solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and policies, particularly regarding the handling and processing of sensitive and classified information.
- Conduct detailed business and systems analysis to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with business goals.
- Lead training sessions for staff on new systems, processes, and technologies to enhance business operations.
- Coordinate with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure business systems are secure and compliant with federal and organizational standards.
