Job Description
OVERVIEW :
As Business Analyst, you will apply leading practices to analyze current state business processes, identify pain points and inefficiencies, and design and develop future state business solutions for the client that leverage technology and tools to achieve business value. You will guide client stakeholders through workshops and interviews to capture current state, define future state requirements, develop business roadmaps, and create standard operating procedures. You will work closely with project leadership, client stakeholders, and the technical implementation team.
GENERAL DUTIES :
- Map current state processes for Talent and HR
- Research and document business strategy
- Benchmark against leading practices in the public and private sectors
- Design reimagined future state processes in partnership with client stakeholders, business
- owners, and technical implementation team
- Assess current state business processes, technology and tools; develop recommendations; and create and execute implementation plans
- Communicate business strategy and future state processes to the workforce
- Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, training manuals, etc.
- Coordinate closely with change management team
