Job Description
GENERAL DUTIES :
Increase the visibility of service offerings through tailored communications;
Plan and manage article and announcement release schedule and facilitate publishing;
Review all artifacts assigned to be published for style, accuracy, and consistency;
Guide stakeholders to the appropriate tools to be used for expediting messages across the agency; and
Drive information sharing and productivity between leadership, project teams, and the workforce by assigning articles, brownbag topics, and announcements that inform and deliver service details.
Required Skills
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Candidates must qualify as a Process Engineer Level 2
Twelve (12) years' experience with Process Improvement on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Experience is to include, within the past ten (10) years, five (5) years experience in facilitation, training, methodology development or evaluation, process engineering across all phases of acquisition identifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices.
A Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, education, or related field / discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Experience is to include, within the past ten (10) years, five (5) years experience in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, process engineering across all phases of acquisition identifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices.
