Job Description
OVERVIEW :
As a program associate, you will support client engagements focused on driving innovation into the federal market. You will be responsible for supporting relationships with government leaders and helping them foster an innovative culture that attracts emerging technology. It's fast paced and exciting!
GENERAL DUTIES :
Assist with the planning and delivery of trainings, workshops, and client advisory work in areas such as :
Helping draft reports, strategies, assessments, and other written deliverables ○ Helping to create presentations and visuals that effectively communicate client requirements
Supporting in-person and virtual training and delivery workshops
Researching and analyzing federal legislation, policy, and agency documentation
Work with senior associates and program managers to ensure delivery meets contractual requirements, including cost and schedule
Represent at conferences, events, and meetings with leaders from government, and industry
Help grow network of government innovators by maintaining relationships with government stakeholders
Required Skills
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
1-2 years of work experience
Ability to deliver government-facing client work and develop effective communications collateral
The ability to work without being closely managed and continuously WOW
Strong interest in one or more of the following areas : government contracting, government finance and budgeting, consulting advisory services, process re-engineering, government culture-change, data analytics / visualization, and / or communications materials
An ability to work independently and with a team to meet client deadlines
A willingness and ability to support operations in a fast-paced environment
Proven problem-solving, self-management, and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A willingness to work in an environment that is welcoming, open, transparent, curious, collaborative, challenging, results-driven, and fun!
