Required Skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
LEVEL 5
A High School Diploma or GED plus nineteen (19) years of general systems engineering experience OR
A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university AND a minimum of fifteen (15) years of general systems engineering experience. OR
A Master's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university AND a minimum of thirteen (13) years of general systems engineering experience.
LEVEL 6
A High School Diploma or GED plus twenty-four (24) years of general systems engineering experience OR
A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university AND a minimum of twenty (20) years of general systems engineering experience OR
A Master's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university AND a minimum of eighteen (18) years of general systems engineering experience.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Ability to interact with senior agency leaders, development teams and technical project leads.
Ability to learn quickly and understand applications used to enhance project scheduling.
Aptitude to understand industry concepts related to systems engineering and problem solving.
Strong aptitude for Technical Problem Solving
Ability to perform research on a subject area and apply concepts.
Ability to develop tools, templates, processes (per unique problem) using tools provided by applications
Technical Communications and Writing Skills
Self-starter that will see problems and begin discussion and action without waiting to be told their tasking

Desired Skills
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Demonstrated experience with MS Project and / or MS Project Server.
Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining program Roadmaps and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Experience building baseline schedules.
Experience creating and integrating program schedules into an IMS.
Ability to capture and prioritize requirements and outcomes.
Experience identifying both internal and external dependencies.
Experience with Analyzing portfolio and program schedules, dependencies, issues, and risks.
