Job Description
OVERVIEW :
We are seeking a Scrum Master for one of our contracts that offers exciting opportunities to support essential services and mission critical activities across the enterprise. Our mission supports the Government Corporate Management Services (CMS) by providing full life cycle support services through the sustainment, modernization, and transformation of the enterprise corporate applications. As soon as an employee enters a customer facility, they touch one of these applications which are critical to the daily functions of thousands of users across acquisition, business, finance, HR, training, recruitment, program management, security, logistics and more.
GENERAL DUTIES :
Facilitate and lead agile development ceremonies, steering the agile development team towards effective collaboration and streamlined project progress
Act as the direct liaison between Government leadership and the development team to establish priorities, facilitating agile processes, communicating with team members, the Government and end user customers
The individual will need to work with the technical team and Government leadership to prepare schedule inputs, communicate dependencies, impediments, and risks and communicate with Program Management team
Play a key role in creating systems engineering documentation, including but not limited to requirements specifications and standard operating procedures
Required Skills
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
A bachelor’s degree and seven (7) years of experience as a system engineer. Twelve (12) years of system engineering experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
Experience leading agile development ceremonies
Experience developing and updating technical documentation
CLEARANCE :
Full Scope Polygraph minimum

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Understanding of Linux server environment
Kubernetes infrastructure knowledge
Experience closely collaborating with the Government customer
Experience managing systems hosted in virtual environments such as AWS
