Position Overview :

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Controller to join their leadership team and help drive their next phase of growth and transformation. As the righthand partner to the owner the Controller will oversee all administrative and financial operations bringing structure strategy and leadership to an evolving and vibrant business. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in a legacy company while helping modernize its operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Leadership :

• Oversee all financial operations including accounting reporting budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage A / R A / P clerical and expense functions while ensuring cash flow remains optimized.
• Conduct monthly reviews with external accountants and ensure smooth yearend compilations and audits.
• Develop and implement policies to improve financial and operational efficiency.
• Perform financial analysis to support strategic decisionmaking and business growth.

General Education and Background Requirements : Required Experience in small to mid-size manufacturing companies in a corporate role Ten years experience in accounting / bookkeeping management Must have strong Microsoft Outlook / Word / Excel abilities Must have an accounting degree Experience with an ERP system Must be a strong communicator and team player Must be willing to work extended hours as necessary to ensure that business needs are met Preferred Experience with SAGE 500 ERP Syste

Salary : $125,000
