- Client Success Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
- Revenue Optimization: Analyze client revenue cycle performance and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing strategies to optimize revenue and reduce denials
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client revenue cycle operations, providing regular updates and insights
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact client satisfaction and revenue performance
- Best Practices Implementation: Share industry best practices and provide guidance on implementing process improvements to enhance revenue cycle efficiency
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience
- Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on our RCM solutions and help them maximize their benefits
- Travel: Must be willing/able to travel to the Los Angeles, CA area monthly
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), with a focus on enterprise client success
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing revenue cycle processes for large healthcare organizations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in RCM software and tools
