Overview
We are seeking a reliable part-time laborer to perform window cleaning and custodial duties for our commercial customers as well as groundskeeping at our main office in between. Because we understand the value of our dedicated employees, this position opens the door for more hours once available and has often offered opportunities for advancement within our organization.
Shift
8:00 AM – 4 or 5:00 PM, Fridays and Saturdays. May have to work some holidays if they land on your scheduled workday.
Responsibilities
· Maintain public and common areas for cleanliness during custodial assignments
· Ground level and stepladder height window cleaning
· Material pickup/drop off, shopping & general errands
· Office, garage and grounds upkeep at main office
· Conventional physical labor as needed
· Oversee a clock-in service to cover “no-shows” on scheduled workdays as needed
No Experience Necessary. We believe in providing all the training and tools necessary for you to succeed.
Requirements
· 18 years or older.
· Hold a valid driver’s license.
· Reasonable physical capability
· Sense of urgency
· Strong trait of matured responsibility
