Budget Analyst - Contract - Plainsboro, NJ

Proclinical is seeking a Budget Analyst to join our client's team on a contract basis.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will focus on managing budget-related activities within the diabetes and pharmaceuticals sector. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with business support specialists, tracking requests, and managing the contracting process.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in using the Coupa system for tracking and managing requests.
- Strong ability to create and manage purchase orders.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders.
- Experience in participating in contract review meetings.
The Budget Analyst's responsibilities will be:
- Collaborate with Business Support Specialists on business activities such as contract types.
- Track and enter requests into the Coupa system, managing them through the contracting process and approvals.
- Create purchase orders and assign them to the appropriate Business Support Specialist.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including Lines of Business and Finance Partners.
- Participate in weekly contract review meetings.
