Digital Learning Designer - Contract - Basking Ridge, NJ (Remote)
Proclinical is seeking a Digital Learning Designer to create engaging and effective learning materials.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will focus on developing courses and guides that enhance learners' skills and competencies through a participant-centered approach. This role involves designing content for a Learning Experience Platform (LXP) using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, HTML5, JavaScript, and Synthesia.
Skills & Requirements:
- Expertise in instructional design and corporate eLearning development.
- Proficiency with Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, HTML5, JavaScript, and Synthesia.
- Strong understanding of design and technical implementation.
The Digital Learning Designer's responsibilities will be:
- Analyze stakeholders' requirements, specifications, and objectives.
- Develop materials, guides, and courses to facilitate knowledge acquisition.
- Design content for an LXP platform using specified tools.
- Ensure learning assets are engaging and participant centered.
