Director, Global Clinical Dev. Programs- Permanent - Cambridge, MA
Proclinical is seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead the development of new therapy areas to join the team.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and execution of clinical development operations, offering unique career development opportunities on a global scale. You will work closely with the VP of Clinical Development in Neuroscience, managing study operations and ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration.
Skills & Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Aesthetics Clinical Operations, particularly in managing Ph1-3 global aesthetic medicine studies.
- Proven track record in hands-on study management and executing projects efficiently.
- In-depth knowledge of FDA, EMA, and other national regulations, ICH guidelines, GCP, and key Clinical Operations principles and tools.
The Director, Global Clinical Dev. Programs' responsibilities will be:
- Design and implement strategies for Aesthetic clinical programs, including resource and budget planning.
- Forecast and manage Clinical Development Operations (CDO) resources.
- Develop and oversee clinical operations strategies to meet development plans.
- Ensure timelines and key deliverables for clinical studies are met and communicated effectively. Manage clinical studies to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Contribute to advisory boards, expert scientific committees, and submission teams as needed.
