Manager, TMF and Vault - Contract - Basking Ridge, NJ
Proclinical is seeking a motivated individual to manage the day-to-day operations of Vault Clinical modules.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be involved in understanding the Vault Clinical data model and serving as a key contact for stakeholders across Global Development. You will oversee the implementation of new Veeva Vault Clinical features and collaborate with the Global Development IT team to enhance system performance and user experience.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Expertise in TMF and Veeva Vault systems.
- Strong ability to manage system configurations and enhancements.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
- Proficiency in developing training materials and conducting sessions.
- Experience in creating and managing reports and dashboards.
The Manager, TMF and Vault's responsibilities will be:
- Manage Vault Clinical modules and maintain the data model.
- Serve as a liaison for stakeholders regarding Vault Clinical configuration and system landscape.
- Implement new Veeva Vault Clinical features in collaboration with GD IT.
- Identify and resolve system bottlenecks and gather user feedback for improvements.
- Drive migration of records and data into Vault Clinical and ensure quality control.
- Maintain the system's validated state through collaboration with various units.
- Lead enhancement requests and collaborate with BPO for prioritization.
- Advise stakeholders on business requirements documentation and implementation.
- Develop use cases, review proofs of concept, and validate user requirements.
- Author and execute performance qualification test scripts.
- Support validation documentation review and risk impact assessments.
- Provide hypercare post-implementation of new system versions.
- Draft system training materials and conduct training sessions.
- Offer end-to-end user support and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Manage business content, document forms, and controlled vocabularies.
- Oversee creation and improvement of reports, dashboards, and metrics.
