Pre-Sales Manager (Regulatory Saas) - Permanent - Remote (East Coast)
Proclinical is seeking a Pre-Sales Manager to join our team remotely on the East Coast. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales cycle by acting as a trusted advisor and providing high-value solution demonstrations. Your expertise will help identify customer needs and align them with our product offerings.
The Pre-Sales Manager will:
- Support the account manager team throughout the sales cycle.
- Act as a trusted advisor during client meetings and conference calls.
- Identify customer needs and match them with product solutions.
- Deliver both standard and tailored product demonstrations.
- Assist in the bidding process and manage responses to Requests for Proposals (RfPs).
- Provide feedback to the product management team to enhance product offerings.
Skills & Requirements:
- Degree in Life Sciences, Information Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in pre-sales with strong business and technical knowledge.
- In-depth experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in regulatory environments.
- Expertise in IT solutions such as RIM, Document Management, and Submission Management.
- Strong presentation skills and a convincing presence.
