Key Responsibilities Marketing Project Coordination Track and coordinate marketing initiatives across social media, website, and sales channels Maintain project timelines and ensure deliverables are met on schedule Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely completion of marketing materials Track and maintain marketing asset library and documentation Reporting & Analytics Compile regular performance reports across marketing channels Track KPIs and create executive summaries Maintain marketing calendar and activity tracking Document processes and workflows Stakeholder Management Coordination between marketing, sales, and external vendors Support workflow management for content approvals and brand compliance Manage vendor relationships and deliverable tracking Facilitate internal communications about marketing initiatives Event Coordination Track event timelines and deliverables Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for event execution Maintain event documentation and checklists Support logistics coordination Administrative Support Manage marketing team calendar and scheduling Coordinate internal meetings and documentation Support basic administrative needs for marketing initiatives Assist with budget tracking and vendor payments Qualifications & Skills 2 years of marketing coordination, project management, or related experience Strong organizational and documentation skills Experience with project management and collaboration tools Excellent attention to detail and follow-through Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Basic understanding of marketing channels and terminology Why Join AICA?
