This role focuses on improving approval rates for corporate card transactions by analyzing authorization and fraud data.

Here are some of the key requirements and responsibilities included in this role :
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to) :
- Maximize approval rates by identifying opportunities in authorization and fraud rules.
- Triage referral / escalation cases and conduct daily research.
- Perform trend analysis and tackle top decline reasons.
- Document event root cause process flows and propose changes.
- Conduct ad-hoc authorization analysis using data from databases.
- Access TSYS mainframe for analysis and recommendations.
- Maintain decline reason matrix and procedures for call center agents.
