This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client's Mount Laurel, NJ office.Business Analyst - Job Description : The Business Analyst will be involved in multiple project assignments within the Financial Crimes Management unit. The role will focus on the end-to-end delivery of business and data requirements, working closely with stakeholders to support project benefits and changes to business processes, policies, and systems.Business Analyst - Responsibilities :
- Plan, manage, lead, and oversee the delivery of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business, technology, and finance partners
- Lead project deliverables related to business requirements to meet customer and business needs
- Provide ongoing communication and manage stakeholder expectations
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to requirements
- Support change management best practices and ensure operational readiness Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills :
- 7 years of Business Analyst experience
- 7 years of experience in Business and Data Requirements gathering
- 7 years of experience with dashboard expertise, reporting writing, and change management
- Experience with Flow Charts
- 7 years of KYC Experience
- 7 years of experience with PowerBI and / or Tableau Business Analyst - Nice-to-Have Skills :
- Experience in financial services or banking industry
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with compliance and regulatory projects
