On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst for a 7-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client's Mount Laurel, NJ office.
Business Analyst - Job Description :
The Business Analyst will be involved in multiple project assignments within the Financial Crimes Management unit. The role will focus on the end-to-end delivery of business and data requirements, working closely with stakeholders to support project benefits and changes to business processes, policies, and systems.
Business Analyst - Responsibilities :
- Plan, manage, lead, and oversee the delivery of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business, technology, and finance partners
- Lead project deliverables related to business requirements to meet customer and business needs
- Provide ongoing communication and manage stakeholder expectations
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to requirements
- Support change management best practices and ensure operational readiness
