Call Center Representative
On behalf of our Personal and Digital Banking client, Procom is searching for a Call Center Representative for a 6-month role. This position is a remote position with potential for in-person training if a group is brought on at once.
Job Description :
The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations in a fast-paced contact center environment. This role involves engaging in client-focused conversations to resolve inquiries and promote banking products and services. The representative will work independently, supported by team leads and mentors, to ensure exceptional client experiences.
