- Create effective conversations grounded in knowledge of conversation design, the financial industry, and research.
- Lead conversational content strategy design sessions with partners, including cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, and Technology.
- Apply content strategy principles to projects to create quality experiences.

- Produce high-quality UX content, quickly integrate feedback, and solve content design problems.
- Create solutions with a cross-functional Agile team, considering how digital, physical, and service channels work together.
