Job Description :
Join the US Wealth Management team as a Customer Service Operations Specialist focused on Securities Based Lending. This role involves handling inquiries related to Credit Access Lines, verifying terms and processing transactions during promotional periods.
Responsibilities :
- Take phone and email inquiries from the field and clients regarding their Credit Access Lines
- Verify terms, amounts, and instructions for draw requests during our promotion period
- Process bookkeeping entries for transactions
