Digital Production Manager (Marketing Automation)
Intro
Join our Data-Driven Communications team within the Marketing organization as a Digital Production Manager. We are seeking a Mid-level Specialist / Product Manager who will collaborate with senior personnel to develop, enhance, and maintain our Marketo Marketing Platform. This role is pivotal in supporting our business units by transforming how we use analytics and data to drive business growth and deepen client relationships. This role will start as a 10-month contract opportunity.
Job Details
As a Digital Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple instances of Marketo across five Institutional lines of business. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to provide day-to-day support, execute platform enhancements, and integrate new solutions to support various business initiatives. Your role will involve acting as the product lead for platform enhancements, serving as the platform administrator, and ensuring alignment with our communication strategy.
Mandatory Skills
- Experience in Marketo and other automated marketing platforms
- Experience building and using web services and Marketo webhooks
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience managing and supporting integration between automated marketing platforms and Salesforce
- Product lifecycle management experience including bringing new products to market, deploying enhancements to existing products and migrating users to new products while retiring old ones
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple, cross functional platforms with rapid release cycles
- Excellent written / verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
