The Fraud Analyst will be part of the Visa Fraud Investigations team, responsible for protecting clients and firm assets by preventing and mitigating fraud losses. The role involves conducting investigations and pursuing recovery efforts for unauthorized Visa debit card transactions.
Fraud Analyst - Mid-Level - Responsibilities :
- Conduct standard Visa debit card fraud investigations.
- Ensure workload is managed accurately and in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Support the VFI Hotline by addressing inquiries related to fraud cases.
- Monitor and make decisions on real-time Visa Check Card activity for potential fraud.
- Collaborate with team members and support additional tasks as needed.
