IT Infrastructure Administrator
Must be on-site in Lancaster, South Carolina
Role Overview
Troubleshooting & resolving critical system/server issues
Managing & supporting enterprise-level networks & infrastructure
Contributing to key IT projects including cloud migrations and security enhancements
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot VMWare 8.x and Windows Server environments
- Support network operations (Cisco switches, firewalls, WiFi systems)
- Assist in the migration from Cisco IP phones to LG/Ericsson
- Enhance security & identity management using PingOne MFA & SSO, Sophos endpoint security
- Oversee cloud-based services (Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Manage Veeam backups (expanding to Microsoft 365 backups)
- Support Teams Conference Rooms (Logitech/Q-Sys setups) and InfoPath to PowerApps migration
3-5 years of hands-on experience in systems administration and networking
Strong knowledge of VMWare, Windows Server, and enterprise networking (switches, routers, firewalls)
Ability to troubleshoot server/network outages & infrastructure failures
Familiarity with cloud services, backups, security tools, and SSO/MFA authentication
Associate’s degree required (Bachelor’s preferred but not required)
