This is a hybrid position, requiring three days a week in our Phoenix, Arizona office, with flexibility for candidates in Lone Tree, CO, or Westlake, TX.
Job Details
As a Senior Network Security Engineer, you will be responsible for engineering, implementing, and maintaining network security capabilities. This includes segmentation, zero trust, network and platform resiliency, enhanced network visibility, and addressing security control gaps. You will collaborate with various technology and security teams to ensure secure connectivity and service availability. Your responsibilities will also include documenting and implementing configuration changes for Zscaler, troubleshooting connectivity or performance issues, and enhancing the cyber resilience capabilities of the network security team's platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is a customer service-oriented approach.
Mandatory Skills
- 6 - 10 years of experience in network security.
- At least 2 years of experience with supporting Zscaler ZCC Agent.
- At least 2 years of experience with configuring and supporting Zscaler Internet Access ZIA.
- At least 2 years of experience with configuring and supporting Zscaler Private Access ZPA.
- At least 2 years of experience with utilization of Zscaler ZDX for user diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
