On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for a Performance / QA Tester - Mid Level for a 10-month contract role. This position is onsite at our client's offices in Southlake, Texas, Austin, Texas, or Richfield, Ohio.
Performance / QA Tester - Mid Level - Job Description
This role involves working on performance testing and quality assurance for a current platform upgrade. The tester will be responsible for ensuring the system's performance meets the required standards using various testing tools.
Performance / QA Tester - Mid Level - Responsibilities
- Develop and support test cases and automation scripts
- Conduct performance testing using JMeter, HP Load Runner, BlazeMeter, etc.
- Analyze automated techniques to determine the best fit for applications
- Communicate any challenges or questions to the job owner within the first hour
- Provide 30 notes within 4 hours of assignment
- Conduct 5 pre-screens within 24 hours
