On behalf of our Technology client, Procom is searching for a SDET- Software Developer Engineer Test - Senior for a 12-month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client's Southlake, TX office.
Job Description :
The Portfolio Management Technology team is seeking a talented technologist to develop software and solutions for a private cloud-based trading platform. The team is tasked with building a next-generation trading platform that supports ultra-low latency and high-volume transactions during market hours.
Responsibilities :
- Use technical expertise to make informed decisions.
- Execute effective strategies to ensure quality assurance testing.
- Resolve issues related to testing and compliance verification.
- Work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Support and / or lead development projects with moderate complexity.
- Analyze functional requirements and create comprehensive test cases.
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks.
- Understand complex business requirements in the Financial Services domain.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Work on Proof of Concepts (PoCs) using new / emerging technology / tools.
