Travel Program Associate - Job Description :
The Travel Program Associate is responsible for reviewing travel and expense documents, ensuring compliance with University, State, and Federal policies. The role involves processing expense reports and reimbursement requests while maintaining knowledge of the Concur Travel System and the Web Travel System.
Travel Program Associate - Responsibilities :
- Conduct 100% audit of travel and expense documents
- Process expense reports and reimbursement requests within department guidelines
- Maintain full working knowledge of Concur Travel System and Web Travel System
- Ensure compliance with University, State, and Federal policies
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with customers both verbally and in writing
- Serve as a subject matter expert on policy and procedure
- Maintain productive and collaborative work relationships with team members and customers
