Schedule Analyst - Aerospace Federal Sector

Procon Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced Schedule Analyst with a minimum of 5 years experience creating and managing a single, integrated master schedule that captures the full scope of Spaceport operations and infrastructure development. The Schedule Analyst shall develop, integrate, and manage the Kennedy Space Center Integrated Master Schedule.

Qualifications & Skills

• Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, however, a bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Systems Engineering, Business or other related scientific or technical discipline is preferred
• Experience using various scheduling software packages such as but not limited to Milestone Professional, Visual Planning, and MS Project.
• Experience in schedule integration of complex operational and/or infrastructure development projects.
• Candidate must be proficient with the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), including Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio
• Candidate must hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. However, Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification experience is desired
  
  
  

Responsibilities & Duties

• Assist leadership in development in strategic data product(s) that will be used to communicate, coordinate, and deconflict the tactical and strategic activities of partners, programs, services and KSC infrastructure improvement project
• Provide schedules and schedule analysis as required to meet requirements.
• Utilize standard processes, data structures and reporting conventions to plan, manage, and report the assigned work for schedules
• Develop, integrate, maintain, and provide detailed schedules in support of planning, risk analysis, and decision-making activities. This includes developing and maintaining the schedule interdependencies.
• Maintain and update integrated, summary-level critical path schedules for presentation at directorate and center reviews
• Perform and provide analysis of schedules based upon knowledge of government milestones, operational processing flows, and infrastructure developmental activities
• Evaluate the validity of proposed schedules as well as performance to date; assess feasibility of success; identify gaps, inconsistencies, efficiencies, and risks.
• Evaluate critical milestones against existing schedules; identify critical path and schedule risks; and report findings of those analyses to the Government
• Maintain configuration control over schedule(s)
