In This Role, You Will…
- Lead Procon’s safety efforts by ensuring compliance with OSHA, ANSI, and our internal safety standards.
- Develop and deliver impactful safety training programs to keep our workforce equipped and informed.
- Establish proactive safety measures and conduct regular site inspections to uphold our safety-first culture.
- Investigate incidents thoroughly, providing actionable insights to prevent future occurrences.
- Partner with project teams to integrate safety into every phase of construction planning and execution.
- Mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
You’re a Great Fit If You…
- Have 3 years of experience in construction safety and a proven track record in training and inspections.
- Hold certifications such as OSHA 30 (required), with OSHA 500 or CHST as a bonus.
- Are highly skilled in assessing risks and implementing practical, effective safety solutions.
- Can traverse construction sites and are comfortable working at heights.
- Are willing to travel up to 50% of the time to make an impact where it’s needed most.
- Excel in leadership roles, building trust and collaboration with diverse teams.
