Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting systems sales engineers with comprehensive administrative tasks within a collaborative team setting. This position demands a high level of organization, proficiency in various software tools, and an aptitude for customer service. The individual in this role will handle a diverse range of responsibilities outlined below.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage purchase orders and change orders using IFS ERP and web portals for Emerson technology.
• Coordinate basic project hardware orders set up by project management, ensuring accurate transmission within our systems.
• Support systems sales engineers with sales quotes, order entry, and project coordination of computer systems and networking equipment.
• Develop and maintain streamlined processes to reduce administrative tasks.
• Oversee project administration and maintain related documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering customers, factory personnel, finance, and internal teams.
• Prepare Emerson course quotations, manage registrations, and facilitate training logistics.
• Assist with customer inquiries, product information, and portal management for servers, applications, and networked devices (technical).
• Manage product inventory, shipping, and documentation creation.
• Generate order status reports, manage document control, and execute other customer service tasks.
• Maintain customer data in factory systems for future proposal support.
• Provide product information, respond to inquiries, and manage customer portals.
