**Job Title:** Controls Engineer

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Controls Engineer to join our team at Proconex. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing control systems, with excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, architect, and implement control systems for industrial processes, automation hardware and software solutions.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to understand client needs and requirements.
- Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and technical documentation for automation projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to foster business growth and enhance Proconex's reputation in the market.
- Conduct detailed analysis and evaluation of client requirements to design custom control strategies and architectures.
- Program and configure PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), DCS (Distributed Control Systems), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems, and other control devices.
- Perform system integration, testing, and commissioning to ensure proper functionality and adherence to project technical support and troubleshooting assistance for control system installations, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in controls engineering, preferably in industrial automation or process control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders.
