As a Director HR Portfolio youll partner with the People leadership team and senior executives to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives. This position reports to the VP People Operations and will be based in our Austin TX office. Were looking for someone to join us immediately.
What youll do :
- Develop and execute a multiyear People strategy aligned with organizational goals and priorities in collaboration with the People leadership team.
- Lead the annual People org planning process including budgets programs and alignment with financial objectives.
- Utilize KPIs and dashboards to measure progress drive accountability and inform decisionmaking.
- Create impactful executive presentations to convey insights progress and recommendations through compelling storytelling and visuals.
- Oversee a portfolio of crossfunctional HR initiatives applying project management principles to enhance alignment and execution.
- Facilitate project planning and execution for global highimpact initiatives ensuring milestones risks and deliverables are tracked and managed.
- Drive operational excellence by fostering collaboration applying systems thinking and ensuring People programs align with business outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the People leadership team on strategy operations and project execution.

Base Pay Range $180600 $248325. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role.
