Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Functional Lead to oversee the implementation and optimization of SAP HR (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM). The role involves managing SAP HR processes, from employee lifecycle management to payroll and benefits, ensuring seamless integration with other modules, and driving continuous improvement in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP HR/HCM or SuccessFactors.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and improve HR processes.
- Oversee the integration of HR modules with SAP finance and other systems.
- Provide training and support to HR users, ensuring optimal system utilization.
- Conduct testing and ensure system performance and compliance with HR policies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with SAP HR/HCM or SuccessFactors.
- Knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, and performance management.
- Experience with SAP configuration, integration, and testing.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
