We are seeking a skilled Performance Tester with strong engineering experience to design, develop, and execute robust performance testing strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with LoadRunner, JMeter, and Blazemeter, coupled with a solid understanding of performance engineering principles not just executing tests, but analyzing, tuning, and optimizing system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement performance test plans and scripts using LoadRunner, JMeter, and Blazemeter.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks and work closely with development teams to recommend optimizations.
- Monitor system behavior under load and identify scalability or stability issues.
- Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Contribute to performance engineering best practices and frameworks.
Required Skills:
- Proficient with LoadRunner, JMeter, and Blazemeter.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills in high-load environments.
- Solid understanding of system architecture, cloud infrastructure, and application performance tuning.
