Job Description:
Primary Tasks:
- Conduct requirement gathering and business process reviews to identify gaps and document current state business processes.
- Drive design and implementation of SAP Ariba Commerce Automation solution with the help of a team of developers and technical resources.
- Provide technical and analytical expertise for the deployment of SAP Ariba Commerce Automation.
- Train clients on how to use and manage SAP Ariba Commerce Automation solution.
- Provide support during the testing phase and ensure successful transition of the product from testing to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development of business proposals, estimates, and schedules.
- Ensure that project documents are updated and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience in at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Project implementations
Work Experience / Skills & Competencies:
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in SAP Ariba Commerce Automation implementation, deployment, and maintenance.
- Prior SNC experience is a plus
- Must possess hands-on experience in the configuration and customization of SAP Ariba Buyer account on business network.
- Knowledge of service sheet rules
- Knowledge of invoice rules for service lines
- Knowledge for order confirmation rules for service purchase orders
- Integration knowledge for S4 Hana and Business network
Sound understanding of procurement, sourcing, and supplier management processes.
- Ability to analyze, optimize, and support the entire procurement process.
- Excellent experience in SAP Best Practices, testing, and documentation.
- BS/BA Degree
