Seeking a motivated, self-starter to join the IT Enablement ERP Systems team, as an ERP Systems Design Specialist for SAP S/4HANA, Finance FP&A and Business Planning and Consolidations (BPC). This role will support the ERP Systems, Design Owners during our SAP S/4HANA and FIORI upgrade from version 2020 to 2023.

• The ERP Systems Design Specialist is responsible for supporting the ERP Systems Design Owner to ensure the integrity and sustainability of FMC s SAP System Design for specific business process areas in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)/Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC), and Transfer Pricing).
• The ERP Systems Design Specialist is proficient in SAP S/4HANA, and FIORI solution design for Finance and will be responsible for researching and communicating impacts of upgrade to current solution design.

The Design Specialist will need to be comfortable working closely with Global Process Owners, Project Management and various cross functional leads, to develop solution design requirements; introduce new or enhance existing enterprise systems design; while ensuring the integrity, scalability and sustainability of recommended solution.

This role is responsible for supporting design, testing strategy, acceptance criteria, risk management, training, and transition to IT and Functional COE s. Should be comfortable working Globally, on Localization matters.

Qualifications:

• 6 years of project delivery experience in SAP environment.
• Specific experience implementing systems such as SAP Embedded BPC 10.1 Real-time Consolidations (RTC), BPC 11.0 , SAP SAC, SAC -Planning, BW, IBP, S/4 Hana,FIORI
• Strong understanding of SAP Level 3, 4, and 5 processes within designated functional area
• Proficient understanding of integrations to other modules and third-party solutions
• Strong understanding of system architecture
• Strong Familiarity with integrated business processes i.e. BPC - Budgeting, Forecasting models, S/4 Hana FI-Controlling, Financial Reporting, Management Reporting, Global Consolidations, Stock Transfer, Procurement, Intercompany, Order Management, Source to Pay, Masterdata
• Design and interpretation of architecture for SAP S/4Hana and Non SAP data structures and interfaces to SAP.
• Experience implementing systems such as S/4 Hana, SAP BPC , SAP SAC -Planning, IBP, S/4 Hana
• Experience with SAP master data (MDG) and transactional data that support the Record to Report processes.
• Technical depth & experience in modern cloud-based FP&A technology & platform solutions preferably in the chemical domain.
• Report and Input schedules design and development
• Knowledge of Script Logic Exposure to other EPM tools and process integration between financial and planning scenarios.
• The candidate must be a team player, able to lead or manage a project as well as be able to work independently.
