Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with expertise in Project Costing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, along with hands-on experience in Project Costing, Internal Orders, and Project System (PS) integration. The role involves configuring, optimizing, and supporting SAP FICO processes to enhance financial management, cost control, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP FICO Configuration: Configure and customize SAP FI and CO modules to align with business requirements.
- Project Costing Expertise: Implement and manage Project Costing solutions within SAP, ensuring accurate tracking, budgeting, and financial reporting of projects.
- Integration with SAP Modules: Ensure seamless integration between FICO and other SAP modules like PS, MM, SD, and PP.
- Business Process Optimization: Work with stakeholders to analyze financial workflows, optimize cost structures, and improve financial reporting.
- SAP Implementation & Support: Participate in SAP rollouts, system upgrades, testing, and production support.
- Controlling Functions: Handle cost center accounting (CCA), internal orders, profit center accounting (PCA), and COPA (Profitability Analysis).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, project management, and IT teams to align SAP solutions with business needs.
- Reporting & Compliance: Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other financial regulations while generating reports using SAP FICO functionalities.
- User Training & Documentation: Provide end-user training, create documentation, and support change management initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
SAP FICO Expertise Strong functional knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (GL, AR, AP, AA) and Controlling (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, CO-PA).
Project Costing Knowledge Experience in Project System (PS) integration, cost planning, and project budgeting.
SAP Implementation Hands-on experience with end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.
Data Management Proficiency in financial master data, cost elements, and cost center hierarchies.
Integration Experience Understanding of integration between FICO and SD, MM, PP, and PS modules.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide effective SAP solutions.
S/4HANA Knowledge (Preferred) Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
Communication & Stakeholder Management Strong ability to gather business requirements, work with cross-functional teams, and train users.
