A quality control and packaging associate in wholesale cabinetry is responsible for ensuring that products meet the required standards before they are shipped to customers. This role involves a combination of inspection, testing, and packaging tasks to maintain the quality and integrity of cabinetry products. This role reports directly to the Warehouse / Logistics Supervisor. Please be prepared for cross-training through the general production line based on the needs of the company.
Job Responsibilities and Functions :
Inspection :
- Inspect cabinetry products for defects, including surface flaws, structural issues, and finish quality if damaged or requested by the reporting manager.
- Verify dimensions, alignment, and proper assembly according to specifications.
- Ensure that all components (e.g., doors, drawers, hinges) are functioning correctly.
- Perform touch-ups on products that can be reworked on the spot.
- Segregate non-conforming materials.

Pay : $17-22 / hour depending on qualifications and experience with the manager after an interview
Schedule : 8-hour shift; Monday to Friday starting 7 : 00 am – 3 : 30 pm
