The Software Manager is responsible for application development and governance processes using third-party suppliers. They are responsible for communicating technical opportunities and constraints to service owners.
Responsibilities :
- Understands business needs via close communication with the service / product manager.
- Understands interdependencies with other applications within the domain.
- Communicates technical opportunities and constraints to the service owner.
- Leads application development via a third-party supplier.
- Ensures compliance with application governance processes.
- Works independently with little to no supervision.
