What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2023 Resident Scholar Program position at Procter & Gamble?
The P&G Resident Scholar Program (RSP) is a unique 4-day job shadowing experience designed to expose exceptional minority high school students to careers leveraging a STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math) degree. Program participants are exposed to the exciting world of Research & Development at P&G. By the completion of the program, participants leave with a better understanding of (1) Applying a STEM background to research, (2) Working cooperatively in a team, and (3) Building a consumer product. The RSP experience continues through high school graduation with opportunities for training, mentoring, and leadership development, including opportunities to return to P&G as summer interns.
This program will take place Monday, June 6th - Thursday, June 9th 2023.
Application Deadline is Friday, April 14, 2023.
Final Candidates will be notified by April 28th, 2023.
Qualifications
Must be in High School, entering into your Sophomore or Junior year for the 2023-2024 school year, and interested in pursuing a career in STEM.
